Iron-Deficiency Anemia & Impaired Renal Function (Study #30314)

If you have iron-deficiency anemia (IDA) and impaired renal function, you may be eligible to participate in a research study at COR Clinical Research. This research study will evaluate the effectiveness of an investigational intravenous (IV) medication for patients with the aforementioned combination of conditions.

Patients must be 18 or older and must not be considered for dialysis for treatment of kidney disease during the time period of this clinical trial.  The COR medical team will explain additional requirements for participation.

The research study lasts approximately 4 months and involves about 10 visits to our clinic, most of which will occur during the first month.  Participants who qualify receive study-related care, lab tests, nutritional advice and investigational medication at no charge.  You may also be reimbursed for transportation expenses.
