Gout

Gout is a common, painful form of arthritis.  It causes swollen, red, hot and stiff joints*.  If you have been diagnosed with Gout, you may be eligible to participate in this clinical research study. The study is designed to evaluate the effect of an investigational drug on joint damage in subjects with early gout who have a history of 2 flares or less.

Study involves about 9 visits to our clinic and 5 to a medical imaging facility over the span of approximately 25 months.

Basic Entry Qualifications:

*  Male participants must be at least 18 years old

*  Female participants must be at least 45 years old and post-menopausal.

* Diagnosed with Gout (confirmed diagnosis)

Participants who qualify may receive study-related care, lab tests, and study medication at no cost.  You may also be compensated for time and travel.
