Type 2 Diabetes with Kidney Disease

If you are a Type 2 Diabetic who is also suffering from kidney disease you may be eligible to participate in this clinical research study.  You may be currently taking diabetes medications such as metformin or avandia.  These studies are researching the effectiveness and safety of taking an investigational medication to achieve better glycemic control.

Study duration is approximately 15 months and involves about 20 visits to our clinic.

Basic Entry Qualifications:

      *  Male or Female, 18 or older

      *  Type 2 Diabetic (confirmed diagnosis)

     *  Renally impaired (kidney disease) 

Participants who qualify will receive study-related care, lab tests, and study medication at no charge.  Participants may also be reimbursed for transportation expenses.
