Type 2 Diabetes on Insulin (28282)

Are you a Type 2 Diabetic currently taking insulin to treat your diabetes? If so, you may be eligible to participate in a clinical research study on diabetics who use insulin. Controlling your diabetes is important to avoid future health complications. All study related care and study medication will be provided free of charge.

 Study duration will be approximately 31 weeks and approximately 11 visits.

Basic Entry Qualifications:

1. *  Between ages 21-70
2. *  Type 2 Diabetic
3. *  Currently taking at least 15 units a day of Lantus or other injectable insulin.

Participants that qualify will receive study-related care, lab tests, nutritional advice, study medication, and diabetes education all at no charge.
