Administrative Coordinator

 

COR Clinical Research is a research facility dedicated to finding new medical treatments, new medications and improving current medication usage to provide more options for treating medical diseases and disorders throughout our community.

Main objective: To facilitate interactions between all departments for the clinical research organization and maintain accurate accounting records.

Job Description:  The Administrative Coordinator duties involve business development, conduct weekly meetings, Grant Recruitment, Accounting, oversee administrative issues including Marketing and Patient Recruitment, and problem solving.

Hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Requirements:
* Prior accounting and bookkeeping experience including AR/AP
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
* Ability to organize and prioritize
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Management and Quickbooks experience preferred
* Bachelor's degree preferred, but may substitute 2 years of experience per year of college
* Medical background preferred, but not required

Pay is commensurate with education and experience.
